At Kents Hill School, we use School Gateway to offer our parents and carers an easy, safe and secure way to communicate information, as well as pay for your child’s school trips and visits or afternoon sessions in our Nursery. We begin the set up of your account but you must register too in order to complete the set up. Please note: when setting up your account, you must use the same email address and mobile number that you provided to the school office or your account will not work.

When a letter or information is sent to you via School Gateway, you will be sent an email notification. For GDPR compliance, all email is delivered safely and securely meaning that your details are never revealed to anyone else.

For even more convenience, you can even download an app! The app is available to download on Play Store for Android devices or App Store for Apple devices. Please click the relevant link for your device to download the app.

As always, paper copies of all letters sent out are available to view on the website under ‘Letters Home – Letters Home 2022/23’ and paper copies are also available from the school office upon request.
